b) Why do not they hire on area to collect garbage?

c) Why did not install screens?

Trash in the Cocotitlan hill. When the people start living in the hill, the tahs truck goes very far, and there is not trash dump nearby. The hill start to look ugly, and they are digging it little by little. Put voul trash in the hill zone and dump.
